Small Folk accepts payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal Express Checkout and Direct Deposit. Please use the following bank details when making a bank deposit payment:

Payments must be cleared before items will be posted. Please note that direct deposit payments may take up to 5 days to clear.



FREE postage for all orders Australia wide!

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or the next business day. Free delivery is via Australia Post Regular Post Service and is not trackable. If you would like to track your order, you must choose the Express Post option at the checkout.

Express post is also avalable at the flat rate of $10.00. This service includes tracking.

Pick up is available, however full payment must be made at the time of checkout. You will be contacted once your goodies have been packaged.


We ship worldwide and orders over $150 qualify for free shipping! The free delivery option does not include tracking and is ony applicable to orders on full priced items. If you would like to track your order you need to select 'International Delivery With Tracking' at the checkout.

Delivery to New Zealand is via Air Mail at a flat rate of $10. This does not include tracking. If you would like to track your order you need to select 'International Delivery With Tracking' at the checkout).

International delivery without tracking is by Air Mail and is charged at a flat rate of $15. Please note that this does not include tracking and that we cannot assist in locating your parcel.

International delivery with tracking is charged at a flat rate of $25. This is by Australia Post Pack & Track and includes end-to-end tracking.

International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.


Orders are sent with the knowledge that any items lost or damaged by Australia Post are not the responsibility of Small Folk. In the event of loss or damage Small Folk are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement. However, we will do everything possible to help to try and locate the item.


You are welcome to return an item for an exchange or refund. Contact must be made to kate@smallfolk.com.au within 14 days of the receipt date. The returned item must be in original condition and unused/ unworn with all labels intact and in original packaging. Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Exchanges may incur a redelivery fee of $8.00 to cover postage costs.

Sale items are final sale only and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
